1. Local Ingredients
We use locally produced ingredients to prepare our cuisines. While picking up the groceries we make sure that they are organically harvested. Our Chefs pick up ingredients from local producers to ensure the freshness of the ingredients that we use.
2. Cozy Atmosphere
The interior of the restaurant revolves around boat and sea. "Dunga" is a Nepali word for boat. The restaurant is made in the theme of sea. You can find the sea corals, sailing wheel and table and sit designed to look like boat. The restaurant is divided into three section; bar, terrace and lounge. So you can find the place where you feel comfy.
